1. The deal
By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We try to keep the language simple and clear.
2. Orders
All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders that are clearly fraudulent or that we cannot fulfill. Prices are in US dollars and include applicable taxes for US shipping addresses.
3. Shipping
We ship to the contiguous United States. Each Box is hand-assembled and tested before shipping. We aim to ship within 2 weeks of order, but actual delivery times depend on the carrier.
4. Returns
30-day return policy. If the Box doesn't grow mushrooms for you, send it back to us for a full refund of the product price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. See our Returns page for details.
5. Harvest guarantee
If your first log doesn't fruit within 14 days, email us a photo and we'll send a fresh log. The Box itself is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 2 years.
6. Warranty
The Box is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage from drops, spills, exposure to weather, or unauthorized modifications.
7. Limitation of liability
SUPERCOOL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Box or the mushrooms it grows. Always cook mushrooms thoroughly before eating.
8. Mushroom safety
Always cook mushrooms before eating. If you have a known mushroom allergy, consult a doctor before using the Box. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if you experience any adverse reaction.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the SUPERCOOL mark, product photography, and copy — is owned by SUPERCOOL or its licensors. Please don't reproduce without permission.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the changes on this page. If you keep using the site after changes, that means you accept the new terms.
