Privacy Policy
1. What we collect
We collect only what we need to ship you a chamber and grow mushrooms. That includes your name, email, shipping address, payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see your card number), and your order history.
2. What we don't collect
We don't collect data from the Box itself. The Box has no cameras, no microphone, no network connection. It runs entirely offline. Your growing cycles stay private.
3. Cookies
We use a single first-party cookie to remember what's in your cart. We use Google Analytics anonymously to see which pages people visit. That's it. No ad networks, no fingerprinting, no selling of your data.
4. Email
If you sign up for our newsletter, we send you roughly one email a month. You can unsubscribe from any email with one click. We don't share your email with third parties.
5. Your rights
You can request a copy of all data we have on you, ask us to delete it, or correct it. Email privacy@supercool.com and we'll respond within 7 days.
6. Security
Our site is hosted on Cloudflare with HTTPS everywhere. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. We do not store credit card information on our servers.
