Shipping Policy

Where we ship

Currently the contiguous United States. International shipping is on our roadmap — if you're outside the US and want to be notified when we ship to you, join our newsletter.

Processing time

Each Box is hand-assembled and tested in our facility. We ship from our California warehouse. Typical processing time is 2 weeks from order to ship.

Shipping methods

Standard shipping is via UPS or USPS, 3–5 business days within the contiguous US. Free shipping on all orders.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. The Box is shipped in protective packaging with a shock indicator.

Damaged in transit

If your Box arrives damaged, take a photo and email us at hello@supercool.com within 48 hours. We'll send a replacement immediately.

Delivery issues

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your building's package room. If it's still missing, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
