Returns Policy

30-day try-it guarantee

If for any reason the SUPERCOOL Box isn't right for you, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. We don't refund original shipping costs.

How to return

Email returns@supercool.com with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label and the address to ship it to.

Condition

The Box should be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories. If you've grown mushrooms in it (which is the point), just empty the chamber before shipping.

Refund timing

Once we receive the return, refunds typically process within 5 business days. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 days to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

If your Box arrived damaged or is defective, we'll send a replacement at no cost. Email a photo and your order number to hello@supercool.com.

Harvest guarantee on logs

Each mushroom log is guaranteed to fruit within 14 days. If yours doesn't, send us a photo and we'll ship a replacement log on us. This guarantee is in addition to the 30-day return policy on the Box.
